Percassi Food & Beverage, food branch of the eponymous group opened “Soulgreen”in Milan on Piazza Principessa Clotilde, not far from Eataly Smeraldo. This vegan restaurant is open every day and menus offer breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Openings in London and Berlin are planned. In the same sector, McDonald’s recently launched a vegan burger called McSpice.
