The Equativ marketplace (owned by Bridgepoint since 2023) announced on September 26, 2024, the acquisition of Kamino Retail, a company specialising in monetising retailers’ websites. Kamino Retail, which was set up by former Criteo’s employees and has already raised €1.25 million, recently won several contracts with major retailers such as the home electrical chain Boulanger and Auchan Retail.
