Having opened 7 Kit Kat stores in Japan (including 6 in department stores and one standalone store in Ginza, Tokyo), Nestlé opened in October 2017 a 1st Korean unit in Seoul, located within the Shinsegae department store in the affluent Gangnam area. It is operated by its local partner “SamKyoung”. Three other units are due to open in Seoul, Daegu and Busan.
