In Seville, the Lagoh shopping Centre (owner Grupo Lar, 123,500 sq.m GLA of retail space, 135 shops including Zara, Five Guys, Lego and Primark) opened in late September. There are now 564 “malls” spread across Spain. By the end of 2019, 3 more units are planned : X Madrid, Mogán Mall and Rosa Center. Other projects near Madrid are due in 2020, including the Torrejon de Ardoz Open Sky. Covering 65,000 sq.m, it will offer 60 stores, a catering area, a 12,500 sq.m lake and parking for 4,000 vehic
