Lesser known than founder Howard Schultz who made Starbucks a global chain, Kevin Johnson is today the captain of a ship in the middle of a storm. Operating 32,000 stores, Starbucks expects to lose up to 20% of revenue for the full fiscal year ending on September 27th).
