After 3 years, Alex Thorne -aged 13, now a teenager- has departed as Chief Play Officer (C.P.O.)for Toys’R’Us Games in Canada. “As an integral member of our team, we rely on our C.P.O. for honest opinions and toy reviews, said the group to CNBC. Regarding his replacement, we’re looking for a child who’s enthusiastic, comfortable in front of the camera and most importantly, who loves playing with toys“.

Every month Alex tested up to 40 toys aimed at small children up to pre-teenagers.
