A study by Marketplace Pulse debunks a common misconception that e-commerce growth in the U.S.A. is due to Covid-19. Whilst lockdown has given e-commerce a boost in 2020 (up by 14.7% vs. 11% expected in Q2 2020), this trend should not be considered sustainable.
