By the end of 2018, Aldar Properties will complete the extension of its Al Jimi mall in Al-Ain, the U.A.E.’ 4th largest city with a population of 470,000 people. This new investment program covers an additional 45,000 sq.m GLA and will also double the car park size by 1,200 spaces. In total, the extension of the mall includes the opening of 88 stores, with several outlets from 1,500 to 6,500 sq.m GLA, offering Danube Home Store, United Furniture and Jarir Book Store plus a cinema.
