On May 5, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announced a launch in Saudi Arabia through a franchise partnership with operator Cenomi Centers. The 10-year exclusive partnership, with an option to extend for a further 10 years, will cover the management of 3 assets in Saudi Arabia’s largest cities: Jeddah, Riyadh (under development, opening in late 2025) and Dammam (the largest shopping centre in the country’s third largest city, which opened in 2020).
