“If Siri (Apple), Alexa (Amazon) and Google Home are well established, I wouldn’t be surprised if a Chinese company win the battle for digital voice assistants,” said William Simonin, C.E.O. of the Vivoka company during the Voice Tech conference on November 26th in Paris. “Baidu in particular is very advanced with this technology”. Retail is a major growth area for Vivoka, which creates voice assistants that are fully integrated for all types of apps and devices.
