Despite an 8.4% decline of the U.S. furniture market in 2023, Wayfair‘s annual sales remained stable in the U.S. domestic market, growing by 0.2% to US$10.4 billion. The DNVB, whose market share does not exceed 2% (far behind Ikea and Crate & Barrel) has announced the opening of a first flagship store in Northern Chicago (Wilmett, Illinois) on May 23, 2024. Spanning 14,000 sq.m GLA, it will house a restaurant (called The Porch) and the “Design Studio”, where customers can get free advice...
