Zalando, Europe’s largest online fashion retailer (GMV of €10.7 billion in 2020, +30%), is creating a Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) position. As of March 1st, 2022, the former C.F.O., David Schröder, will hold this newly created job. His mission will be to support the ramp-up of logistics capabilities in Europe, the roll-out of the BNPL solution created by Zalando and to unlock growth opportunities. David Schröder has been with Zalando since 2010, serving the Executive Committee since 2019.
