Zalando, Europe’s largest fashion e-retailer, is about to open a 4th outlet store in Hamburg, Germany. This is in the former Thalia bookstore on the Grosse Bleichen street, where annual rents reach €1,800 / sq.m GLA, for a sales area of 2,000 sq.m on two floors.
