On 10th January 2022, the electronic tag specialist SES-Imagotag (turnover of €423 million in 2021) entered exclusive negotiations to acquire The Memory. Created in 2018, this start-up designs a Saas platform that provides specialist analysis of shopping data. Retailers deploy this data to evaluate and operate commercial plans (purchases, category management) and their marketing actions (promotions, prices).
