On August 20, 2008, in a last instance ruling (9 ObA 89/07i), the Superior Court of Justice gave satisfaction to the complainant, member of the WC of an insurance company, who requested that his employer provides appropriate resources for his work, i.e a cell phone and a laptop, as well as a collaborator for the secretariat.
