The Ministers' Council which took place on November 7 adopted the "Flexicurity-Paket" a series of measures enabling, among other things, access to the training leave (Bildungskarenz) after one year’s presence instead of three. The training allowance has also been raised. (Ref. 070937)
Ministers from the coalition which gathers socialists and conservatives easily agreed on the improvement of access to training leave which employees required.
