Belgium: an inquiry into Walloons-Flemish clichés relating to work

The Belgian daily "Le Soir " ordered an inquiry into "the attitudes and aspirations of the Belgians at work and the North-south clichés". The French-speaking daily is publishing the results since last Saturday, September 9th and throughout this week. Here are the main outlines. (Ref. 06878)

Lazy Walloons versus hardworking Flemish : in Belgium, these clichés have been established for fifty years and feed the turmoil between the North and the South.
