The Ministers’ Council approved two draft-bills which round up the transposition of the Directive 2003/72 completing the SCE on workers’ involvement. The first draft-bill defines the rules applicable in the event of a conflict of laws as well as a part on the confidentiality of some data and on the protection of staff representatives. It also sets the surveillance mode and the sanction system. The second bill sets the procedure enforceable in the event of litigations concerning the conflicting
