The Ministers’ Council approved two draft-bills which round up the transposition of the Directive 2003/72 completing the SCE on workers’ involvement. The first draft-bill defines the rules applicable in the event of a conflict of laws as well as a part on the confidentiality of some data and on the protection of staff representatives.
