The Belgian Social Partners, gathered within the national labor council, adopted on October 10, 2008, a collective labor agreement regarding equal treatment at all stages of the labor relation. The text extends the fight against discrimination, especially for the "civil status" and the "medical history," thus going further than European legislation. (Ref. 080788)
