In a guide published on its website, the federal public service Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue, gives information and advice to companies which want to introduce telework. This document is mainly based on the labour collective agreement No. 85 reached by social partners in November 2005 and on researchers' studies. (Ref. 070833)
This guide, which relies on a judicial and sociological study of telework’s characteristics and funded by the federal public service, aims at giving social partners in company the necessary tools to negociation smoothly the introduction of telework.
