New regulations on working remotely came into force on 2 April. The changes are designed to provide greater flexibility, while clarifying the rights and duties of employers and employees with regard to health and safety. Employers may agree to several locations for remote work in their employment contracts, provided that they are of “sufficient size and present conditions that enable the employee to telework without risk to their health and safety”.
