The Bill, introduced by MPs from the socialist party (in power) and the largest opposition party, passed the procedure of the “first reading” by the Parliament at the end of March. This reform aim to improve the aptness to work and employability, and to facilitate the transition from education to employment.
Certifying skills. Therefore, the bill improves the access, content, organization and quality of VET, as well as the development of further partnership between the stakeholders. It also strengthens the linkage between education and training, and labor market needs.
