The 3rd CSR Conference, the biggest CSR event in Denmark, gathered more than 1,000 participants in Holstebro on September 16-17 with the motto, “concrete action, innovation and impact.” Organized by the CSR Fonden (national partner of the European CSR Awards), whose mission is to “gather, spread and communicate” Danish firms’ CSR initiatives, it aims, among other things, to shed light on “best practices,” notably via the 9 CSR Awards handed out. The two “CSR People Prize” winners. This award was created by the Corporate CSR Forum (“Virksomhedsforum for Socialt Ansvar,” whose members are appointed by the Ministry of Labor and come from the biggest companies in Denmark), within the framework of its global strategy to bring CSR under the spotlight. For its 14th edition, the CSR People Prize, which rewards excellency in people activities, has two categories: one for businesses with 100+ employees, and one for businesses with 100 workers or less. The laureate for the first category is ATP, the supplementary insurance and pension company, for its FASE+ project.
