The Labour Secretary, Claus Hjort Frederiksen, announced the presentation of a new bill which would supervise the "secret clauses" commonly concluded between companies and through which they commit not to hire one another's employees. (Ref. 070816)
The Labour Secretary wants to bring back on agenda the supervision of the “secret clauses” which prevent an employee from finding a new job after they quit. Indeed, the government presented a similar bill in the spring 2007 but, after strong criticism, it was abandoned.
