“With this award, we want to give visibility to initiatives which make a difference for seniors’ working conditions and encourage them remain on the labor market for a few more years.” This is how Claus Hjort Frederiksen, Minister of Labor, presented the Seniorpraksis award on November 28, 2008 in Copenhagen. For the third year, this award is organized by the Ministry of Labor, the National Research Center of the Labor Market (Det Nationale Forskningscenter for Arbejdsmiljø), the Ledernes Hovedorganisation executives and managers’ association, the Ældre Sagen seniors’ organization and the Børsen economic newspaper.
