The 1371/2007 regulation on passengers’ rights and obligations and the two directives – directive 2007/58 which plans to liberalize the international passengers transport’s market on January 1, 2010 and 2007/59 on the certification of train drivers operating on the railway system in the Community – which compose this 3rd rail package were published in the Official Journal of the European Union on December 3.
