EU: BusinessEurope answered no to the Commission’s proposal to negotiate on the protection against the needlestick injuries in the medical sector

Answering to the consultation launched by the European Commission on the protection of workers from the medical sector against needlesticks injuires, the European employers organization affirmed that the effective EU legislative framework in terms of health and security at work is enough and that a legislative intervention on that topic is not necessary.
