European employers and unions are content with the report adopted by the European Parliament on November 29 about joint flexicurity principles. In their contribution to this debate, euro MPs reintroduce, in these principles which will have to inspire national reforms in coming years, values close to citizens: safety for all, notably during job transitions and through the guaranty of a stable remuneration as well as better consideration of women's situation on the labour market.
