AI is emerging as both a real engine in transforming professions and a technology that is driving businesses’ recruitment and training efforts. While the platform's figures are evidencing a deterioration in the current economic environment, recruiters are nonetheless still struggling to find qualified candidates for technical jobs.

A few weeks ago, you organised the Talent Connect event for HR professionals. What were the results?

We presented the top 25 most sought-after professions, and we noted that an unprecedented and high 70% of these would not have featured on the 2024 list. This is testimony of the speed and ease with which companies are adapting to the context in terms of job offer positioning. Professions that have been in short supply of applicants for several years remain so, namely cyber, data science and AI.
