The principal’s obligations and liability. The law concerning the co-contracting party’s obligations and liability as part of subcontracting and temporary work aim at fighting against the “grey economy” and the illegal workforce use, came into effect on January 1, 2007. Under this law’s provisions, the contracting party is a person who uses temporary or subcontracting workers.
