The European Trade Union Federation : Textiles, Clothing, Leather (ETUF:TCL) and the European Confederation of the Footwear Industry (CEC) welcomed the Commission’s proposal for a Council Regulation establishing a compulsory indication of the country of origin of certain goods (including textiles, clothing, footwear and leather) imported from non-EU countries.
