Ford Genk: the Commission approves part of the assistance package for training granted to the Belgian factory

The European Commission validated, on July 4, a first State aid of 6.24 million Euros that the Flemish government plans to grant the Ford-Werke factory, located in Ghent, Belgium ("Ford Genk"). This aid is for training purposes. However, the second aid of 6,04 million Euros is considered incompatible Community rules on State aid. (Réf. 06687)
