France: agreement at Valeo that relies on social dialogue to ensure the application of its safety protocol for the resumption of business activity

The agreement signed on April 16 between the French global automotive supplier and the CFE-CGC, FO and CFDT trade unions aims to ‘create the conditions necessary for the upcoming resumption of activity, and notably through the creation of provisions based on local social dialogue.’ The agreement details mechanisms that are based on joint audits and regular exchanges between management and the employee representation bodies.
