The Ministers' Council (Bundeskabinett) adopted, on Wednesday, November 13, 2007, a bill which concerns both labour courts and "social”"courts (cases depending from social security law). The bill presents no basic reform but rather a series of small amendments aiming at making procedures smoother and faster. (Ref. 070950)
