hristian Trade Unions (CGZP), which appealed to the ruling rendered by the Berlin Labor Court in April, was defeated again. Confirming the decree of the first instance tribunal, the regional labor court of Berlin Brandenburg also ruled that the CGZP wasn’t competent to negotiate collective agreements with employers. The union announced that it was going to seize the Federal Labor Court. This ruling immediately revived the quarrel on the introduction of minimum wage in the temporary work sector.
