Whereas Germany just recently pushed legal retirement age to 67 and Wolfgang Schauble, federal minister of the interior, recently declared that in the long run it would need to be pushed again, a study from the IAB, published on November 11, 2007 and carried out among a sample group of 16.000 companies, shows that German companies are not getting ready for a tendency which however represent “one of companies’ biggest challenges for the next 15 years.”
