According to a survey by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, one third of managers in charge of training employees predict that e-learning could account for 50% of a company's training within three years. The report, which the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) will publish on April 18, was carried out with the opinion of almost 800 HR managers. Among them, 29% think that, by 2011, 25-50% of company trainings will be delivered remotely. However, only 7% of respondents listed e-learning in their top three most effective practices.
