Great Britain: governmental campaign to facilitate businesses’ staff management

The objective is to cut businesses' administrative burden by £365 million by May 2010. Instead of appealing to consultancy firms, very expensive, the companies can now get free advice on staff management. (Ref. 080621)

Online interactive tools. This new campaign, launched on August 13, 2008, is part of a wide governmental program of advice to companies for an efficient implementation of labor law. At the heart of the campaign, the Business Link service online offers calculators, interactive guides and other tools on very diverse topics, such as taxes, administrative staff management, health and safety, computer science, e-commerce, the environment or even marketing.
