The research center on workplace behaviors, launched on September 17, 2008 at the House of Lords, was initiated by the Glamorgan University, Wales. Its goal is to become the national – or even international – reference in terms of research on bullying, stress or conflict resolution in the workplace. (Ref. 080712)
Last year, 33.5 million work days were lost by UK organizations due to bullying related absenteeism; almost 200,000 employees left organizations and the equivalent of 100 million days productivity were lost as a result of bullying.
