People over 50 represent 30% of the working-age population in Great Britain and only 26% of them work. Facing the problem of population ageing, the governmental organization Age Positive Campaign – which has been working, since 2001, on changing company culture concerning the work of people over 50 – developed 11 guides analyzing age’s impact on the business world.
