Great Britain: the government wants to convert companies to training

The Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Minister of Education made a joint call to employers to urge them to sign a "skills pledge" in which they commit to guarantee all their employees an instruction level equal to a GCSE or a technical school certificate (which corresponds to the second level in the British educational system).
