30,000 young technical graduates will be entitled, each year until 2020, to a corporate apprenticeship contract within the framework of the new national program initiated by the Ministries of Education and Employment, backed by European funds.
With this one-year apprenticeship contract, young graduates will get their first job in their sector. They will be paid 70 percent of basic pay with the guarantee of social coverage and the prospect of being hired. Indeed, after the internship, the employer will be encouraged – via subsidies such as lower contribution rates – to provide the youngster with a labor contract.
