Ireland : summary of the Employees (Provision of Information and Consultation) Bill 2005

The Bill, adopted on 9 April 2006, transposes the European Union Information and Consultation of Employees Directive 2002/14/EC of 11 March 2002. All companies of 50 or more employees will be covered as from 23 March 2008. (Ref. 06721)
