Italy: after leaving Eni, Snam is defining its own industrial relations model
Snam Group, the biggest company in Italy for transportation, regasification, supply and storage of natural gas, signed an agreement on October 17 for a new industrial relations system with the national Filctem-CGIL, Femca-Cisl and Uiltec-Uil unions and the local union structures. Focused on full-on equality, this model follows and adjusts the path outlined by Eni, former majority shareholder in the group, which had to give up shares to be in line with Community law.
