Uilm Uil signed the company agreement with the management of shipbuilding company Fincantieri. The Fiom-CGIL rejected it and demanded employee consultation via a referendum. The signatories refused, causing workers to mobilize in all the sites of the group. The Fiom justifies this “slump in union relations” by the separate agreement of January 22 which reforms the conventional system an which its confederation, the CGIL, rejected. (Ref. 090384)
