Strong management commitment, strong staff involvement and constant improvement: these are the mainstays of the new integrated management system on health, safety and environment for the businesses in the energy and oil sectors. This system is the result of the teamwork of the sector's social partners: the Confindustria Energia for employers, the three unions of the sector, Filcem-CGIL, Femca-CISL, and UILCEM-UIL, and the National Institution for Insurance against Accidents at Work (INAIL). Businesses which adopt it will pay fewer contributions to the INAIL. (Ref. 080608)
