Italy: Telecom Italia trade unions mobilized against the restructuring plan

On June 10, in Rome, the National Assembly of Telecom Italia's unions voted the total suspension of industrial relations, the cessation of overtime, and a national strike on July 4 in response to the group's plan to cut 5.000 jobs by 2010. (Ref. 080487)
