anently adopted, on January 21, 2009, the law concerning the introduction of a linguistic leave to enable all employees, from all countries, provided they have been working for the same employer for six months (a business or association legally established in Luxembourg), to learn the language or improve their knowledge, thus facilitating their integration into society via the employment market. The law will come into force three days after being published in the Mémorial (the Official Journal)
