The Federation of Dutch Industry and Employers (VNO-NCW) wants the pension funds paid for by active people and equally managed by employers and trade unions to be reformed. These funds, which gather between €625 and €671 billion in placements, pay supplementary pensions to every employee. The employees contribute to these funds throughout their career.
